<image:caption>She emigrated to Canada in the 80s, initially settling in Calgary, where she would begin her long and rewarding career with the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) spanning nearly thirty years. When Natasha turned three, the entire family relocated to Vancouver, where they put roots down permanently. Eliza was well-known for her rambunctious laugh, tenacious wit, and strong sense of self. She applied these strengths to all facets of her life, including her career. In her role as a financial planner at RBC, she always went above and beyond in building rapport with her clients. Her genuine interest when fostering these relationships translated into much professional success, as well as many lifelong friendships with clients and colleagues alike.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Being a single mom comes with many trials and tribulations, but as always, Eliza handled being a single parent with the utmost dignity and grace. With her consistent hard work & determination, she was able to provide Natasha with a well-rounded upbringing, solid education, and a safe environment for her to grow into the confident woman she is today. The two shared a special bond that is more of a sisterly rapport than a traditional mother-daughter relationship, and Natasha is grateful to have had a level of closeness most will never experience. Despite the last year being incredibly difficult, Eliza lived a very joyous and fulfilling life. She loved trying out new restaurants, travelling to all corners of the globe, and sharing her happy experiences with all around her. Singing was one of her greatest passions, and she was able to share her beautiful soprano voice as part of the Vancouver Chinese Choir Association for many years. Everyone who knew her recognized what a light she was and her presence was always the life of the party.</image:caption>
